ART ~ Embark on a few lovely artistic projects:
- Continue to work on creating Stained glass windows for near our fireplace
- Create a collage of our time in DC & have printed on canvas
- Create a table from a Bourbon Barrel that was gifted to my husband years ago
Self-care intentions:
- Recognize what I have to be grateful for by posting one picture or comment a day with the hashtag #thirtydaysofthanksgiving ~ join me on Facebook or Twitter in your gratitudes
- Pamper myself to a few restorative yoga practices
- Treat myself to a warm bubble bath .... its been YEARS!!!
- Less Digital Time ~ challenge myself to not be glued to an electrical device constantly
- Reflect on a mindful quote and action item to live more fully each day with an easy to use iphone app 'Transform your Life'
Yoga Business ~ Continue to create and build a yoga presence in Louisville
- Create a new yoga class sequence weekly
- Focus on a monthly & weekly yoga pose with mindful integration during sequences
- Design a lovely Restore, Reconnect and Rebalance workshop event to SHINE this holiday season ~ November 17th at Shine 2-4pm
Life At Home:
- Hang the remaining pictures and wall decorations
- Plan our Housewarming Gathering
- Rake the leaves
- Create a soothing and productive inspiring work station (i.e. desk area)
Movement: 'A daily practice to transform your life' ~ continue with:
- Yoga everyday
- Disney Half marathon
Food:
- Finish reading Main Street Vegan
- Continue with a personal challenge of cooking at least one meal a week for my husband
- Mindfully help to prepare healthy vegetarian meals with our families during our Thanksgiving visit home
Can you forgive yourself when you get hi-jacked from your own agenda? Can you throw out to do's that no longer serve you without passing judgement on yourself? Can you vote to be happy with what you've accomplished. Let's try together.... Deep Breath In. Exhale. Start Over.
