Yoga in the Everday....Mr. Buddha

Thank you to my hubbie for the super cute yoga teacher graduation gift that he surprised me with the other day! It is a little Buddha to hold a pen, which is now sitting on my desk at work....as a delightful reminder of the yoga in the every day. (Speaking of Yoga in the Everyday....now that I am working again (ok, I know..it was only 2 weeks off work), but now that I am working again I feel the need to find the yoga in the everyday, since I may not actually be able to practice every day...so when I find those moments, I will try to share them here).
