What does your shadow say about you?

I rarely ever take photo's of myself...but I just so happened to 'see' my shadow today walking home from work. My head was full of a pain and my shoulders were hurting from my overly filled bags.....and I took a moment to see myself in a new light (or shadow rather).
I decide to take some time for relaxing tonight to replenish my mind and my soul. Just a little relaxation, with no guilt!
Take a moment to check-in with your shadow sometimes and see what it's telling you.
