New Class Announcement!! 

I'm excited to announce I will be teaching a regular class at the beautiful Shine! Their studio space is very special, comfortable, elegant...and a perfect place to practice yoga. Come get your dose of EmPower Yoga on with me every Tuesday evening. The class will be rooted in vinyasa, however we will play with bringing in strength, flexibility, inversions and arm balances. So...even if you've never done any of those things...come join me to learn, play & experiment. It's the perfect time to start to feel EmPOWERed!
