One State at a Time #YogaState

Why not bring a little silly-ness to your Yoga Love?

My husband's goal for a few years has been to do 1/2 marathon in each state. So, we've been traveling to various states over the past few years. A fun adventure as we extend the visit to the state for a mini-weekend-vacation. In the beginning I would attend the races with him, however 2 years ago I started to walk/running the 1/2 marathon's with him...which has been an exciting challenge for a yogi (btw did I say challenge!!) :)

As we were visiting various fun cities and states, I wanted to incorporate yoga into our visit. Somehow the yoga addiction and the desire to take unique pictures from our visit morphed into a new goal......

A yoga pose in every state!

Today's Tip: Be silly! Incorporate a little yoga infatuation into your day. Do your favorite pose everyday...incorporate yoga poses into your vacation or even your everyday in unique places. Go for it! Ask your friend to take a picture of you. Why not?

Stay Tuned! More Yoga State Pictures to come. In the meantime, would love for you to connect with me virtually to share your yoga pictures and yoga travel insights!

Share your yoga pictures with me on Instagram, Facebook, or follow #MyYoga pictures from this month's yoga adventure.

    1. Awww....so close, but nope. It's a toss up of where I actually am in the bridge...somewhere between Louisville KY and Indiana. The background city is Louisville. :)
