Happy Spring 2013!

Recent Art Journal love...spring flowers puts a smile on my face!
I'm so excited for the spring, to practice yoga outside on my balcony ..... dare I say out loud maybe in a nearby park...to walk through the parks of Louisville mindfully appreciating the blossoming flowers and buds on the trees awakening from their long winter. I too am excited to move and play outside...to take long walks after dinner, art journal in my home's outside space, to play in the dirt (wow...I never thought I'd say that before owning a home). Spring brings so much excitement, desires and plans for the warmth. Have you thought about you will do with your blossoming spring?

Little kitty wants to be involved!
For the last two years, I've embarked on a playful approach to embracing the potential of my year through art journaling my goals and intentions for the year. If you are more interested in embracing your life and like the idea of doing it in a playful, not too serious manner, check out my post earlier this year outlining some great resources.

This past weekend I took some time to revisit my goals for the year...and my mantra of Simply Growing to develop a focus for the next 3 months to help me achieve my overall goals. If you are looking for ideas...or maybe have some insights into similar project. I'd love to hear your thoughts!
