Yoga 4 Runners Workshop....let's stretch out those Hammies!




Yoga for Runners Workshop!!

Are you training for a race this spring? Or do you just enjoy running? Whatever your motivations for lacing up your running (or walking) shoes, please join us for an extended vinyasa/slow-flow practice tailored towards runners. This practice will focus primarily on stretching the lower body (hips, hamstrings, IT band, quads, hamstrings, calves, and feet), but we will also strengthen/stretch the upper body for a balanced practice.
Use yoga as part of your cross-training with techniques that will improve your:
  • Flexibility
  • Balance & Posture
  • Core Strength
  • Mental Focus

You will leave with new ways of stretching to enhance your running performance and lengthen those hammies! Participants will receive a take-home practice sheet for continued success.

This workshop is perfect for athletes of all levels, including those newer to yoga!
