It can be really great to share your yoga/stretching with a friend, loved one, spouse or partner. Try listening to each other's breath as you move through poses together. Listening to the waves of the breath can help to build and create a deep connection and bond with each other.
Try spending just a few moments together on the mat moving through a series of lunges, down dogs...and a few hip openers, like double pigeon. Hey....why not throw in a loving kiss!
Today's practice ~ 10 minutes:
- Down Dog
- Lunge
- Runners Stretch (straight front leg) to Lunge (bend in front knee) - 4x
- Low lunge, back knee down, arms up over head
- Double pigeon
- Bridge

I stretch after every workout. I'm absolutely sold on it--honestly, I've come to crave it--truly it's the cherry on top! :)
