Why not roll of bed in the morning and start moving? Starting the day with even just a few minutes of movement sets the stage for me to think mindfully in my actions.
My practice:

- Side bends
- Shoulder Stretch
- Cobra
- Updog
- Chatturanga
- Bridge
- Wheel (pictured above)
When practicing at home, there is a little less anxiety about what you are wearing on the yoga mat. In my opinion, the ego often takes control a bit much in yoga studios. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy looking cute in my yoga outfits (after all we are pleasure seeking beings and I of course want to look professional as a teacher)...but yoga is NOT about looking cute in yoga outfits. At home, you have the opportunity to practice without the distractions of who is wearing what yoga outfit or feeling insecure if you are not wearing what is considered trendy yoga clothing.
So....practice in whatever you'd like (some even practice naked!). I wouldn't necessarily recommend practicing in jeans ~ ideally you want clothing wear you can move your body freely.
