Yoga is GREAT for CrossTraining


Today's Tip: Yoga post a workout ...why not outside!! 

Hello Runners, Walkers, Athletes of all sorts!! A quick 'stretching' yoga routine is a GREAT way to unwind the muscles and bring space and freedom back into the body, especially if done so mindfully with the breath.

  1. Couldn't agree more! I do a few poses/stretching sequences after every workout--including a run outdoors. I've come to crave the combination. :)

    1. I completely agree...I feel if I don't get a down dog or pigeon in after a gym or run/walk workout...I'm completely out of balance. It is a great crosstraining tool!
