#YogaState Natural Bridge Hiking Adventures

As I announced in One Yoga State at Time blog post in February, I have a goal to merge yoga, silliness, tourism, photography and FUN to each state I visit, with the intention in my lifetime to visit all states....and of course, if there is any international travel there must be a fun yoga pose involved (Keep an eye out for Paris and Berlin this June!!).

Join me on this adventure with the hashtag #YogaState.

If you are ever in Kentucky, I absolutely recommend a visit to the Natural Bridge. For a non-hiker, the walk to the bridge was a bit challenging, definitely got my heart rate going...but it was well worth the view from atop the bridge. Absolutely picturesque. Natural Bridge is about 1.5 hours outside of Louisville, Ky.

After our hike up to Natural Bridge....we arrived at this beautiful lookout spot. I decided to climb atop this slanted rock....with the help of my hubby who you can see crouching behind the rock...and friends in the background waving

Crow is much more difficult when wearing shoes! Changes the entire weight ratio of the body.
Yoga love spreading to friends...Tree Pose!

You gotta love Goddess Warriors!
What is your next #YogaState going to be? See if your yoga love spreads to your friends....can't wait to see pictures!
