NEW Monday night YOGA class at Infinite Bliss

I am excited to announce I will be teaching at Infinite Bliss on Bardstown Road in Louisville, KY!

Beginning Monday, August 19th, join me for a juicy post work yoga flow to restore balance to your day...every Monday night!

I have been practicing at Infinite Bliss since I moved to Louisville last summer. It's been a great little addition to my yoga experience. Here I've expanded my exposure to styles of yoga as well as learned several new asana poses in their intermediate class!

What else is perfect.....is for those of you who have a bike or live in the Highlands or St. Mathews area, it's a short commute and easy bike ride in. Surrounded by cute restaurants, icecream shops, affordable boutiques and coffee venues if you are ever interested in expanding your experience in the neighborhood...there are many opportunities.
